In addition, CUNA will hold two Young Professionals Advocacy Training, in the month of September in conjunction with Hike the Hill. The first will be held on Monday, Sept. 10, and the second isMonday, Sept. 24. This full-day program teaches attendees the benefits of advocacy, how to build strong relationships with their Members of Congress, and best practices in district and Hill meetings. The program includes outside speakers, a congressional staff panel, and updates from CUNA and League personnel. The training concludes with an evening reception.
The cost is $199. Attendees are responsible for all travel and accommodation costs.
