The Senate will convene this week to consider Ryan T. Holte of Ohio to be a judge of the United States Court of Federal Claims for a term of 15 years.

On Wednesday, the House Committee on Education and Labor Subcommittee on Workforce Protections will hold a hearing: “Restoring the Value of Work: Evaluating DOL’s Efforts to Undermine Strong Overtime Protections,” and the Senate Commerce Committee will hold a hearing: “Oversight of the Federal Communications Commission.”
