Credit Union Journal is accepting entries for its 2019 Best Practices Awards, open to any credit union, with nominations due by Aug. 1. The free program focuses on the one metric that really matters to growth-oriented institutions: results.

Each year, CU Journal highlights some of the best ideas the industry has to offer, recognizing real accomplishments and focusing on innovative strategies, policies, products, services, and procedures with a demonstrable track record of success.

Credit unions may nominate themselves, though CUSOs, vendors and other industry partners are also welcome to nominate specific institutions. Credit unions may be nominated in multiple categories, though each nomination should fit in with one of the following categories:

  • Membership growth
  • Staffing/recruitment
  • Efficiencies
  • Cybersecurity/fraud reduction
  • Lending
  • Deposit growth
  • Digital banking
  • Branching
  • Wild card

Nominations should be no longer than 500 words and should be sent to Editor Aaron Passman at Aaron.Passman@sourcemedia.com.

Winners will be revealed on CUJournal.com during November.
