Close out 2019 with a focus on financial education

The Southeastern Credit Union Foundation announced the 2020 Financial Counselor registration (FiCEP) is now open for credit union staff and volunteers. This includes a Spring and a Fall FiCEP session, along with a recertification track. All three tracks include recorded webinars, helpful study guides, study sessions and a participant portal to house all of the information in one place.

FiCEP is a great program to help members who are experiencing financial difficulties, demonstrate the credit union difference, attract new members, grow product and service revenue and reduce delinquencies and charge-offs.

Please share the information with the appropriate staff members in your credit union. The cost of registration is $650 per person. Credit unions enrolling multiple participants may be eligible for a discount. This cost includes training materials, as well as webinars, study sessions, group testing and follow-up. More information can be found on the website here.
