The NCUA board of directors will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, Jan. 23. During the meeting, the board will discuss the agency’s 2020 annual performance plan. Other items on the agenda include:
- a briefing on the statutory inflation adjustment for civil money penalties;
- a proposed rule on credit union combination transactions;
- a proposed rule on subordinated debt; and
- a review of the federal credit union loan interest rate ceiling.
The open portion of the meeting will begin at 10 a.m. and will be followed by a closed meeting.
