Supporting Our Servicemembers This Veteran’s Day

On November 11, 2022, people from across the United States will be celebrating the brave military men and women who have so dutifully served our country. The League of Southeastern Credit Unions & Affiliates (LSCU & Affiliates) members recognize the military families within our credit union family. We remember the sacrifices made and the dedication of those who served and continue to serve so that we may enjoy the freedoms we have today. In observance of Veteran’s Day, our credit union community is coming together to honor those who have served.

All In Credit Union in Daleville, Alabama will be joining the second annual “All In Credit Union Night” at the 2022 National Peanut Festival on November 11. During this event, All In Credit Union will be honoring military service members by paying the general admission price for the first 10,000 people who attend the Peanut Festival after the gates open to the public at 2:30 p.m. on Veteran’s Day.

Eglin Federal Credit Union in Fort Walton Beach, Florida will be sponsoring a Northwest Florida Symphony Orchestra Veteran’s Day Concert, “A Tribute to our Heroes,” on November 10, with the proceeds benefitting the Air Force Enlisted Village. In addition, Eglin Federal Credit Union is also sponsoring the Exchange Club of Emerald Coast’s flag display, the Veterans Vignettes and Veterans Day Parade with Cumulus Media, and the University of West Florida’s Annual Veterans Day Celebration lunch.

Robins Financial Credit Union in Warner Robins, Georgia is commemorating Veteran’s Day by wearing red, white, and blue on November 10, 2022. Robins Financial Credit Union will be sharing photos on their social media platforms in recognition.
