TThe House of Representatives is in recess this week. The Senate remains in session and will consider judicial nominations and several issues of interest to credit unions.

On Tuesday, the Senate Judiciary Committee Crime and Terrorism Subcommittee will hold a hearing: “How Corporations and Big Tech Leave Our Data Exposed to Criminals, China, and Other Bad Actors.”

On Thursday, the Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee will hold a full committee hearing: “Examining Bipartisan Bills to Promote Affordable Housing Access and Safety.”
