Ann NaimanFollowing the successful 2021 Virtual Advocacy Conference in Alabama on Monday, last night credit union leaders and staff were joined by Alabama state lawmakers and officials to network and celebrate a great 2021 Alabama Legislative Session.
While the Alabama advocacy conference was filled with valuable industry, legislative and regulatory information and the opportunity for credit unions to speak with lawmakers and industry experts, the Legislative Reception offered a more relaxed and social setting. With legislative and regulatory representation being an important focus of LSCU, this grassroots event gives affiliated credit union members in Alabama the opportunity to meet and greet the state’s elected officials.
The annual event, held at ASE Credit Union’s branch located in downtown Montgomery, Ala., was sponsored by Print Resources and Corporate America.
