	Sydney Seral serves LSCU as the Vice President of Advocacy after starting her career with LSCU as Senior Director of Governmental Affairs for Georgia’s state and federal advocacy initiatives in June of 2020. Prior to joining the League, Sydney worked for the American Chemistry Council and at the Georgia State Senate in various capacities and ran a successful campaign for current Senate President Pro Tempore John F. Kennedy, a then first-time candidate from Macon, Georgia, as well as other Georgia statewide and State Senate campaigns.
	As Chief Marketing Officer of Federal Home Loan Bank, Sharon Cook oversees Government and Industry Relations, Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Corporate Strategic Planning. Cook is well-regarded throughout the financial services industry for her strategic communications and marketing expertise, and she has a front row seat into the inner workings of Congress and key decision makers across the industry. Cook gives audiences insight into legislative and public policy developments that will impact the Bank’s mission and industry.
	Scott Brennan manages the sales and funding teams at Federal Home Loan Bank and directs the execution of the corresponding business strategies. Brennan leads the Bank’s resources and strategies related to shareholder business development. Brennan joined Federal Home Loan Bank Atlanta in 2001 as a relationship manager, providing customized funding solutions to shareholder financial institutions in North Carolina and South Carolina. He was promoted to regional sales coordinator with responsibility for financial institutions in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C., in 2005. Prior to joining Federal Home Loan Bank Atlanta, Brennan worked for Fleet Boston Financial Corporation in Horsham, Pennsylvania.
