CailinLSCU is excited to announce that the Annual Silent Auction will once again take place at the Southeastern Credit Union Conference & Expo! Join us in Orlando from June 16th-18th, where the auction will return to the same format as in years past. All viewing and bidding will take place online, but the auction will culminate at the in-person dinner on June 17th. If you are unable to make this year’s conference, you can still participate! All auction items can be viewed, bid on, and purchased at www.lscu.coop/silentauction.
As always, we are looking to our member credit unions and conference exhibitors to assist in these fundraising efforts by contributing an item for auction. Each auction item will be displayed along with the name of the donating organization. LSCU Insight will also feature an item each week leading up to SCUCE, so be on the lookout!
We ask that each auction item have a retail value of at least $200. Some great item ideas are gaming consoles, tablets, headphones, cameras, beach vacation packages, purses, sunglasses, jewelry or even sports memorabilia. LSCU has also created an Amazon Wish List to make the process of choosing an item easier. The League will also accept monetary contributions to purchase an item on your behalf.
This auction is easily one of the conference’s highly-anticipated events and benefits both the LSCU Federal Political Action Committee and the Children’s Miracle Network.
