adminLast week, the LSCU held its fifth annual Quail Hunt for FedPAC presented by FEDCorp. The benefit was held at Steelwood Country Club in Loxley, AL, for the third year in a row, with more than 50 attendees hunting during three days and raising more than $10,000 for LSCU FedPAC.
New this year was a continental pheasant shoot held on Thursday afternoon, followed by traditional quail hunts on Friday and Saturday. After the Friday hunts, attendees enjoyed a Networking Reception at the Steelwood Clubhouse, sponsored by Alabama Credit Union, followed by dinner, which was sponsored by LEVERAGE and CUNA Mutual Group.
At the event’s end, a raffle for a Browning Maxus Hunt 12-gauge shotgun was held, with Wallace Johnson of Five Star Credit Union taking home the prize.
