Florida’s Chief Financial Officer Jimmy Patronis has placed Ron Rubin, Commissioner of the Office of Financial Regulation (OFR) on administrative leave pending an investigation after a female employee filed a sexual harassment claim.

“Due to these troubling allegations in a sexual harassment complaint filed by an OFR employee, I am requiring an immediate investigation into the conduct of Commissioner Rubin,” Patronis said.
