adminLSCU is proud to announce Gov. Kay Ivey as the keynote speaker for the 2019 Alabama Advocacy Conference. Ivey has served as Alabama’s governor since taking over for Gov. Robert Bentley, who resigned in April of 2015. She was elected to a full term in November with nearly 60 percent of the vote. Prior to serving as governor, Ivey served as Lieutenant Governor from 2011 to 2015, and Treasurer from 2003-2011.
