Fountain pen on survey

Has your credit union submitted the COVID-19 Impact Survey?

The League of Southeastern Credit Unions & Affiliates has sent the fourth round of the COVID-19 Impact Survey to credit unions.

LSCU is committed to collecting this important data to help stay as up-to-date on the ways credit unions continue to help members cope with the financial realities of COVID-19. The data collected from the COVID Response Surveys in April, May and June has already been used to inform the media and legislators about the good work credit unions across the southeast are doing during this crisis.

A change for this current survey is that LSCU has standardized the survey to align with the nation-wide information CUNA is gathering. With that, if your credit union has no changes in lending numbers since taking the last survey, credit unions are asked to complete this survey as since there are a few questions that were not present on the first three surveys.

LSCU knows all credit union staff are busy, focusing on your respective communities, members and staff. However, the more participation from member CUs will allow for the most accurate information so LSCU can prove the credit union difference during this pandemic. This fourth-round survey is scheduled to close Dec. 7, 2020.
