The deadline to make a reduced-rate hotel reservation for the LSCU’s annual fall Hike the Hill is Sept. 20. This important grassroots lobbying trip to Washington, D.C.,  is planned for Oct. 22-23, and hotel rooms have been held for attendees at the Residence Inn Old Town South in Alexandria, VA, at the reduced rate of $215 per night, plus tax.

After Sept. 20, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate available basis. Please use the hotel’s secure link to make your reservation.

Credit unions need to lead the charge in bringing our message to Capitol Hill. In order for us to define our message and not let another industry do it for us, the League needs grassroots advocates to join them on the Hill to advocate on our issues with lawmakers.

To view a tentative agenda for the trip, please click here. The schedule is tentative, and times could change, so attendees should arrive in Washington by early Tuesday morning.
