Important Deadlines You Need to Know for CUNA GAC Registration and Hotels

The CUNA Governmental Affairs Conference (GAC), taking place on February 27 – March 3, 2022, in Washington, DC and below are updated dates you need to be aware of regarding the League of Southeastern Credit Unions & Affiliates (LSCU) hotel block.

  • Friday, December 17, 2021: Reservations cancelled after this date will be subject to a one night’s room and tax cancellation fee per room.
  • Thursday, January 20, 2022: The LSCU hotel blocks for CUNA GAC will be closed.
  • Thursday, February 10, 2022: All reservation changes and cancellations must be made with the Housing Bureau by this date, by 4:30 p.m. (EST).

The CUNA GAC registration has some important dates you need to be aware of regarding cancellations. See below. Registration is $1,195 for CUNA Members and $795 for CUNA Member Small Credit Union Attendees (less than $50M in assets).

All cancellations must be received in writing. Please provide a brief explanation for the cancellation and submit via email to Cancellations received by January 31, 2022, incur no penalty. Cancellations after January 31, 2022 will be assessed a 25% cancellation fee. Any cancellations 14 days prior to conference, attendees will be responsible for full registration fee.
