The CUNA Governmental Affairs Conference (GAC), taking place on February 27 – March 3, 2022, in Washington, DC and below are updated dates you need to be aware of regarding the League of Southeastern Credit Unions & Affiliates (LSCU) hotel block.
- Friday, December 17, 2021: Reservations cancelled after this date will be subject to a one night’s room and tax cancellation fee per room.
- Thursday, January 20, 2022: The LSCU hotel blocks for CUNA GAC will be closed.
- Thursday, February 10, 2022: All reservation changes and cancellations must be made with the Housing Bureau by this date, by 4:30 p.m. (EST).
The CUNA GAC registration has some important dates you need to be aware of regarding cancellations. See below. Registration is $1,195 for CUNA Members and $795 for CUNA Member Small Credit Union Attendees (less than $50M in assets).
All cancellations must be received in writing. Please provide a brief explanation for the cancellation and submit via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations received by January 31, 2022, incur no penalty. Cancellations after January 31, 2022 will be assessed a 25% cancellation fee. Any cancellations 14 days prior to conference, attendees will be responsible for full registration fee. Substitutions are accepted prior to the start of the program. Additional costs may apply.
