LSCU holds Virtual Silent Auction fundraiser for FedPAC, CMN

LSCU is pleased to announce the 2020 Virtual Silent Auction! Due to the cancellation of SCUCE amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the auction will take place completely online this year. Last year’s auction raised more than $23,000, and we are excited about this unique opportunity to grow that success and the potential for our largest-participation auction ever. As always, we are looking forward to a successful event benefiting both the Federal Political Action Committee (FedPAC) and Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

As in years past, we are looking to our member credit unions and system partners to assist in these fundraising efforts by contributing an item for auction. We ask that auction items have a retail value of at least $150. Some great item ideas are gaming consoles, tablets, headphones, cameras, beach vacation packages, purses, sunglasses, jewelry, or even sports memorabilia.

LSCU will also accept monetary contributions to purchase an item on your behalf. Participants register, bid, and pay solely online through www.lscu.givesmart.com. To register, simply text LSCU to 76278. Virtual bidding will be open Oct. 5-9, but check back often. We will be frequently adding new items.

If you have any questions about the silent suction or would like more information, contact Blake Westbrook or Murphy Kennedy.
