Encourage Young Professionals in your credit union to take a lead role through Advocacy Workshops hosted by CUNA during  the month of September.  The first will be held on Monday, Sept. 9 and the second on Monday, Sept. 23. Both will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the Capitol View Room at the Credit Union House in Washington, D.C.

The program teaches  the benefits of advocacy, how to build strong relationships with Members of Congress, and best practices for district and Capitol Hill meetings. It includes outside speakers, a congressional staff panel, and updates from CUNA and League personnel.  The training concludes with an evening reception.

The cost is $199, and attendees are responsible for all travel and accommodation costs. For additional information, contact  Richard Gose or Adam Engelman.
