adminThe foreclosure picture for September is mixed, according to CoreLogic’s September Foreclosure Report. CoreLogic found that 55,000 foreclosures Canada goose jacket sale were completed in September, which was a 49 percent increase in completed foreclosures in August. Florida leads the country with 91,000 completed foreclosures from September 2014 to September 2015 or year-over-year.
Florida also led the nation with a 42 percent drop in the number of foreclosure inventory, year-over-year. Alabama also saw a decline of .2 percent of foreclosed home. Over the past year, Alabama completed just over 8,000 foreclosures. Alabama’s foreclosure inventory ranks in the bottom third of all of the states.
The report also found that the number of foreclosed homes in the United States fell 24 percent, year-over-year, to 470,000. This marked the 47th straight month with a year-over-year decline. It also puts the foreclosure canada goose jacket rate back to levels in December of 2007.
