A Regulatory Roundtable is planned for June 21 at Legacy Credit Union in Birmingham, AL, to discuss compliance issues pertinent to your credit union.  Legacy is located at 100 Corporate Ridge, Birmingham, AL 35242.

Mike Lee, LSCU Director of Regulatory Advocacy, will guide the meeting and requests input from credit unions on issues to be added to the meeting agenda.

“We have seen a resurgence of interest from compliance professionals who would like to meet to discuss issues pertinent to their credit unions today,” Lee said. “This offers a forum for credit union representatives to ask questions and discuss issues concerning them. It’s a valuable tool to communicate with compliance colleagues and to network and share information.”

A future meeting focusing on fraud is planned for July 19 at the LSCU’s Inverness office, and a meeting is planned in Mobile in August.

To sign up for the meeting or to offer suggested topics for any of the meetings, contact Mike Lee, or call 866.231.0545, ext. 2165.
