LSCU can assist CUs with Capital Preservation Program

It has recently come to the attention of the LSCU Compliance and Regulatory Services Team that examiners in Alabama, Florida and Georgia have requested that some credit unions put together a Capital Preservation Plan. To assist credit unions in creating a plan or tuning up their existing plan, we have developed model policies that you may use.
