Nominate your compliance ‘movers and shakers’ for recognition from LSCU

Compliance is not for the faint of heart — it requires critical thinking, integrity, attention to detail, communication skills, decision-making skills, lateral thinking and the ability to maintain a working relationship with every department in a credit union. But despite these hurdles, LSCU has been impressed by compliance professionals who consistently knock it out of the park at their credit union.

This is their time to shine.

The LSCU team would like to recognize some of the compliance “movers and shakers” — somebody who has the power and influence to get things done — at your credit union. If you feel an employee on your CU’s compliance team deserves an acknowledgment, please submit a paragraph explaining what makes them great to kela.wingard@lscu.coop. Please include their name, position, time at the credit union and what they are doing that contributes to the overall success of your credit union.

A nominee must only be submitted once per year. Each month, LSCU will randomly select one nominated employee to feature in the Compliance eNewsletter. At the end of 2021, we will have a drawing. The selected professional will win a $100.00 gift card.

And please remember — if your nominee is not chosen by December 2021, nominees can be resubmitted for 2022!
