Registration is now open for LSCU Compliance Council

The LSCU Compliance Council registration is now open to credit unions throughout the three-state footprint. As every compliance professional knows, regulatory compliance is complicated and everchanging. Being a part of the LSCU Compliance Council will be beneficial to not only compliance staff but to anyone who is responsible for meeting compliance expectations.

“The Compliance Council provides an opportunity for credit union compliance professionals to not only get training but to network with peers,” says Laura Gober, vice president of compliance and regulatory services at LSCU. “It’s a great place to share experiences and new ways to meet strategic goals while ensuring your credit union stays in compliance.”

Keep in mind that membership is not limited to compliance staff and your credit union can have multiple members. Think about the challenges your credit union is currently facing and what departments can benefit most from this membership.

The Compliance Council provides an opportunity for credit union professionals to network, share ideas and resources locally and across state lines. Not only will members have peer engagement with credit unions, but council meetings provide training sessions from some of the top professionals in the industry.
