Robins Financial Credit Union Donates $47,000 to Local Non-Profits

Robins Financial Credit Union is spreading holiday cheer with a donation of $47,000 to local non-profit organizations as part of their Holiday Giving initiative. They hope that this financial support will bolster the ongoing efforts of these organizations, enhancing their capacity to serve and uplift those in need within our area.

In addition to monetary donations, team members at Robins Financial worked together to collect various items of need for individuals in their community. This included clothing items such as scarves, hats, gloves and socks that were donated to Macon Outreach at Mulberry to provide warmth to those facing homelessness. They also collected diapers and wipes to assist parents with young children. Boxes for the Troops were packed to send to those in the Air Force who are currently deployed. Lastly, team members created care packages to be delivered to those receiving services from Meals on Wheels of Houston County.

“The holiday season is a time for compassion and solidarity. Through our collective efforts, we aimed not only to spread cheer but also to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those who need it most,” says Amy Etheridge, Vice President of Delivery Channels and Marketing at Robins Financial Credit Union. “This is how we continuously live out our mission to be Member Focused, Financial Partners, Community Proud.”
