BSA Workshop & Panel planned in Birmingham in April

Registration is now open for the LSCU Bank Secrecy Act Workshop & Panel in Birmingham, Ala., on April 28. The Bank Secrecy Act Workshop provides an overview of credit union specific BSA regulations and will assist credit unions in remaining compliant with BSA training requirements.

“The BSA workshop is a great opportunity for compliance staff to refresh their knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations and satisfy their annual training,” said Mike Lee, director of regulatory advocacy. “In addition to my discussion of the regulations, we’ll hear from representatives from law enforcement and the regulators on how to improve the effectiveness of our BSA programs.”

Participants will review BSA requirements and discuss operational compliance issues as well as common mistakes examiners are finding. Click here to secure your spot.
