This year marks the 10-year anniversary of the virtual Discovery Conference where innovation experts, industry thought leaders, and credit union executives come together for a full-day experience. The sole purpose of the conference? Helping credit unions prepare for their upcoming 2020 strategic planning.

This year’s agenda is packed with dynamic speakers and valuable content.

Tom Koulopoulos, founder and chairman of The Delphi Group, will open the conference with his keynote, The Innovation Zone. He will speak on how companies are radically changing their approach to innovation by failing fast, embracing uncertainty, and challenging conventional wisdom. Attendees will leave his session with specific insights, methods and tools to help them quantify their organization’s innovative ability and a solid foundation for decisions they need to make in the years ahead.

There will be eight breakout sessions covering topics such as digital trends in financial services, the economic outlook and implications, diversity, equity and inclusion strategies, creating emotional engagement in digital channels, and fintech trends.

Jim Marous, co-publisher of The Financial Brand and owner and publisher of the Digital Banking Report, closes this year’s conference with his keynote, How to Survive the Future of Financial Services. He’ll share how surviving requires organizations to embrace change, take risks and disrupt themselves.

Discovery Conference 2019 offers opportunities to network with industry leaders, pose questions, participate in “hot topic” chats, and visit “inspiration stations” for insights that help credit unions plan for everyday success.

Register now and attend Aug. 15.
