This one-hour session will cover framework of the BSA, procedures for monitoring BSA compliance, reporting requirements, and takeaways from FinCEN enforcement actions. By attending this session, directors will satisfy the annual BSA training requirement set forth by the National Credit Union Association (NCUA).
