David Southall is the President and CEO of Innovations Financial Credit Union in Panama City, Florida. David began his tenure at Innovations in 1987. In 2004, he was named President and CEO, and immediately began making changes to the organization. The first task was the name change to Innovations, followed by branch expansion, merger, and most importantly, creating a unique service and sales culture. Innovations has grown from $70 million in assets in 2004 to nearly $390 million in assets currently, serving 23,000 members in seven counties in Northwest Florida, with six branches located in Bay County, Florida. The credit union continues to be ‘innovative’ in the processes and procedures they follow to create an exceptional member service experience. Innovations is best known for producing YouTube videos promoting the credit union and catching the attention of the youth market. |
