‘Flip the Classroom’ course helps CU teams alleviate stress

LSCU has partnered with the Michigan Credit Union League to bring you Flip the Classroom: a three-part collaborative series based on the book “Rewire Your Anxious Brain.” With COVID, politics, remote learning, isolation, and so much more, everyone is under overwhelming pressure. We’re presenting this option as a way you can help your team members.

Join us for an insightful three-part series that focuses on the therapist-recommended book “Rewire Your Anxious Brain.” Learn about your own thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to reduce stress and anxiety and ultimately, improve mental health.
