Stacie VanDenBerghe has been working in the credit union industry for over 20 years. She has worked with Boards, CEOs, Executive Management and front-line team members for credit unions of all sizes. Before starting her own consulting company, CU Innovate, in 2016, Stacie spent five years at the Michigan Credit Union League (MCUL) as the Director of Consulting Services. In that role, Stacie developed, oversaw, and presented training and development programs for credit union executives, directors, and volunteers. This included conferences, training events, webinars, workshops, and other on-site customized training programs. During her tenure at MCUL/CUSG, she created and brought several new programs to the credit union movement. From on-site customized full staff in-service days to kick off events and League events, Stacie has been bringing motivation and an industry innovative expertise that allows her to stand out amongst other speakers. |
