Invest in Your Future With the 2023 Executive Institute

The League of Southeastern Credit Unions (LSCU) invites you to attend the 2023 Executive Institute. This program is an Organizational Design and Change Management (ODCM) Executive Certification for credit union executives in Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. This program is for current or new executives, senior leaders, and CEOs looking to take their leadership to the next level. Completing this program will create value for the organization, as well as personal professional development for the individual executive. It will create connections for attendees, help them drive future initiatives, and plan for and create ideal outcomes for members and the credit union.

Student will receive content broken up into 24 hours of professional development.

  • 16 hours of “classroom” time – 14 hours of instructor led content, delivered by Dr. Brandi Stankovic and two hours of content delivered by the LSCU team.
  • Over four hours of research, and over two hours of coaching and accountability discussions, presentation skill refinement, and networking with cohort.

Friendtors/Accountability Partner

  • Person within the cohort selected to meet with and discuss project, content, execution, and other homework or deliverables.

Dr. Stankovic Coaching Calls/Office Hours

  • 30 min coaching calls with each person within the cohort made available to discuss career path, unique questions, project, or professional goals.
