Join the First Operations and Member Experience Council Meeting of the Year

Join the Operations and Member Experience Council so you can attend the first meeting of the year scheduled for May 25, 2023, from 1:00 – 3:30 p.m. ET. This meeting will be held virtually via Zoom. Once you join the council, you will receive the meeting information in a calendar invite. Please note that this council meeting will be open to all council members to attend due to the subject matter and current events.

The LSCU Operations and Member Experience Council brings together credit union professionals with a role in the member, client and customer relationships, and the operational side of the credit union. Council members can network and learn from fellow member experience and operations colleagues, exchange ideas, best practices, contacts, and resources that will help your credit union and other credit unions excel in the field.
