May 4, 2022:
This half-day session will cover the basics of BSA and is designed to meet the mandatory BSA training requirement under the regulation. Including BSA requirements for specific job functions such as tellers, member service, and lenders.
May 5, 2022:
In this full-day session, you will hear from various speakers on topics such as how the information you provide via SARs helps not only build a case but how that information is used to prosecute cases, what the most common exam findings are when it comes to BSA and how to handle banking “legal” marijuana businesses. You will learn how what you do as someone who handles or is responsible for BSA at your organization makes a difference.
