A few things to note as you are planning for 2021 …

The LSCU 2021 Leadership College is now open for registration and will be facilitated by Tony Moore, culture architect, keynote speaker, author and recovering human resource executive. Over the course of his more than 25 years in the C-suite, he has had the privilege of leading the people-side of multiple mergers and large-scale organizational turnarounds. The current structure of the coaching college consists of six, one-day training sessions that take place over the course of a year. Two are planned in person in each state, and four sessions will be virtual.

LSCU is providing a new training opportunity for credit union staff on the front line of client service. Essential Teller Issues Training focuses on topics such as developing professional maturity, best practices for following procedures, robbery preparedness, error-free transactions, spotting schemes and scams, and more. Vicki Kraii, owner of VK Solutions, possesses over 25 years of community bank experience and her strategically designed program for tellers is sure to set them up for success. LSCU offers an online and on-demand Supervisory Committee Certification Program. This program contains an overview and five educational modules listed below. Ancin Cooley, the trainer for these educational modules, maybe a familiar face. He is a highly rated speaker who has presented at league events and supervisory committee and director training in our three states for many years.
