With all the excitement over a true, in-person event, the LSCU Team wants to make sure to share important information to ensure a safe event for everyone. With this goal in mind, we’ll be sharing the SCUCE Public Health Policies and Protocols as often as possible and whenever we are notified of changes.
LSCU and the management of Hilton Bonnet Creek have been taking proactive steps to ensure your health and safety while minimizing exposure to the COVID-19 virus during SCUCE for all participants. LSCU & Affiliates reserves the right to revise these policies and protocols at any time upon reasonable notice to meeting participants and to prohibit participation by any meeting participants that fail to comply with these policies and procedures.
As various local, state and federal leaders, as well as the CDC, continue to make updates to emergency protocols and COVID-19 recommendations, the LSCU Team is constantly watching the updates. As of now, below are some key safety protocols that will be adhered to during SCUCE. Please note, these protocols may change before SCUCE and we’ll continue to send updates as necessary. Also, while Florida may issue specific mandates related to COVID-19, the hotel and conference center, as a private business, reserves the right to enact its own procedures and rules, which LSCU and conference attendees will have to adhere to.
