Resort fee: There is a 15% resort fee, plus tax.

  • Non-motorized beach equipment (kayaks and sail boats)

Parking for Those Driving in Each Day (not staying at hotel):

  • Due to limited parking within the grounds of The Grand, it is likely that the security gate attendant will direct you to the overflow parking lot across the street. There is no fee for parking in this lot. They should be able to give you a ride from the security gate or parking lot to the conference center. You can also request a golf cart ride back to your vehicle when you leave.

Golf:

Shotgun Start: 8:00 a.m.

Transportation for Golf: Golfers can either drive themselves to the golf club or they can meet at the valet area at the hotel and request transportation to the golf club.

Your registration includes a swag bag, light breakfast, unlimited beer and sodas, a grab and go lunch, and automatic entry into the putting contest.

There will be no postponement or cancellation due to rain or the threat of severe weather. If lightning occurs during tournament play, golfers will be notified to suspend play and leave the course.

Club rentals are $45 per person and paid directly to the golf club the morning of the tournament. No shoe rental available.
