If you have a hotel room reservation you want to cancel, please contact us at education@lscu.coop. If credit unions or vendors make cancellations in our room block directly with the hotel, those hotel rooms may go back into the open reservations (and likely will not reflect the original LSCU room rates). Hotel room reservations can be changed or cancelled up to five days prior to arrival. For official attendees in the LSCU Room Block, the room type and rate will be honored for three days before and after SCUCE dates – based on availability.

Please include the following information when emailing education@lscu.coop.

• Guest Name
• Credit Union or vendor company name
• Arrival and depart dates request for wait list
• Guest phone # and e-mail address
• Credit union contact or vendor name, phone # and e-mail address- if other than hotel guest
