The LSCU partners with Credit Union Webinar Network (CUWN) to bring you more than 150 webinars each year covering compliance, lending, regulations, security, operations, new accounts, collections, fraud, security, and other topics.

CUWN has recently made improvements to serve you better. Unfortunately, some changes may have caused you to miss important webinar announcements. If you haven’t seen news about upcoming webinars lately, please let your IT department know that @e.cuwebtraining.com (IP 13.111.87.31) is a safe sender.

CUWN will continue to send webinar instructions and member support emails from @cuwebtraining.com, so that domain should remain on your institution’s safe sender list, as well. Once your IT department makes these adjustments, you should start receiving emails right away. If not, please email support@cuwebtraining.com for assistance.

You can help clear the clutter in your inbox by clicking the Manage Your Email Preferences link at the bottom of any webinar announcement. Then choose only the categories that interest you.
