Apply for a Professional Development Grant to Attend SLDC by August 1

The Southeastern Credit Union Foundation (SECUF) awards professional development grants to qualifying credit unions to attend a number of League of Southeastern Credit Unions & Affiliates (LSCU & Affiliates) and Credit Union National Association (CUNA) educational opportunities, including the Southeast Leadership Development Conference (SLDC).

Apply by August 1, 2022, for consideration to be awarded a grant to attend SLDC. This event is open to credit union CEOs, C-Suite executives, leadership, young professionals, and volunteers of credit unions. SLDC is designed to provide leaders with thought-provoking topics and ideas they can use. This conference is perfect for anyone looking for motivation, inspiration, and information targeted to assist credit union leaders.

Grants are awarded to those who can prove they best exemplify the credit union philosophy and that their attendance at SLDC would benefit their credit union’s goals. The grants are awarded equally to credit union employees, board members, or volunteers of LSCU-affiliated credit unions in Alabama, Florida, or Georgia.
