Community Spark Scholarship Applications Are Now Open

The Southeastern Credit Union Foundation (SECUF), the charitable arm of the League of Southeastern Credit Unions & Affiliates (LSCU & Affiliates) is pleased to announce that the Community Spark Scholarship is accepting applications for the 2023 – 2024 school year. This scholarship is open to all credit union members, the public, and family of credit union staff.

The Community Spark Scholarship provides financial assistance to underrepresented and/or first-generation college students in Alabama or Georgia interested in a post-college career within the credit union industry, including majors in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, and Information Technology.

The SECUF will disburse a minimum of two $10,000 scholarships to students planning to attend an accredited four-year college or university in Alabama or Georgia.
