Lizeth GeorgeThe Southeastern Credit Union Foundation (SECUF) was thrilled to wrap up the annual CUs on Tap events, presented by Corporate One Federal Credit Union. Over the past two months, more than 230 attendees from more than 30 credit unions attended the six CUs on Tap events, raising just over $10,000 for the Foundation!
These events provided opportunities to make countless connections among credit union leaders and young professionals. This year’s events included favorite local breweries, networking, and general knowledge trivia.
All proceeds from CUs on Tap benefit the SECUF. The SECUF is a non-profit organization dedicated to the progressive professional development of credit union staff and volunteers, financial capability programs for all age groups and the creation of valuable resources for our member credit unions and the communities they serve. Our mission is to support economic growth by promoting financial wellness, sparking collaborative community initiatives, and providing disaster preparedness and relief to credit unions.
