The Southeastern Credit Union Foundation is here to help. Our Spring session for Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor training starts in late February. Register online or contact firstname.lastname@example.org directly. Please note that we will have a Spring as well as a Fall FiCEP session AND a recertification track! All three tracks include recorded webinars, helpful study guides, study sessions and a participant portal to house all of the information in one place! If you have the CUNA training bundle, you can still sign up to take part in our webinars and study sessions for a very minimal fee!
FiCEP is a great program to help members who are experiencing financial difficulties, demonstrate the credit union difference, attract new members, grow product and service revenue and reduce delinquencies and charge-offs.
Please share this with the appropriate staff members in your credit union. The cost of registration is $799 per person and credit unions with SAS funds may apply them to this cost. FiCEP material has been updated for 2021 and includes a section on financial wellness for credit union employees and only one exam.
