CUNA eSchool shares how to empathize with members during pandemic

CUNA offers new, free education opportunities to its members with CUNA Putting Empathy into Action During a Pandemic eSchool. In the new eSchool, presented with the National Credit Union Foundation, credit union professionals will learn to nurture meaningful relationships with staff, co-workers and members by exploring what empathy looks like and how to put it into practice. Courses will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays in one-hour sessions, April 28-May 7.

Attendees will explore key leadership lessons from credit union history to navigate relationships through the current crisis and beyond.

• Avoiding Pitfalls and Practicing Empathy for Organizations
• Avoiding Pitfalls and Practicing Empathy for Individuals
