LSCU & Affiliates offers free economic insights for early affiliation

Hurry — there’s only a few days left to take advantage of the League of Southeastern Credit Union & Affiliates’ special early-affiliation offer!

Credit unions that pay affiliation dues by Jan. 31 will gain access to a free economic update webinar with Mike Schenk, deputy chief advocacy officer for policy analysis and chief economist at the Credit Union National Association.

“Mike’s insights are invaluable to credit unions who want to make sure they have their finger on the pulse of the modern economy,” said Jordan Burroughs, vice president of member engagement for the League of Southeastern Credit Unions & Affiliates. “We wanted to give our credit unions an incentive to pay affiliation dues sooner rather than later, since we know how busy the first few months of a new year can get.”

The date of the free webinar will be hosted March 26 at 10 a.m. eastern.

“We hope credit unions will see this as another great benefit of affiliation,” Jordan said.

Credit unions that affiliate with the LSCU & Affiliates receive benefits including advocacy at the state and national level, help with regulatory and compliance issues and opportunities to attend premier educational events. Members also receive access to insights and tools, key to running a thriving credit union.
