LSCU to host June annual meeting in Birmingham

The Annual Meeting of the League of Southeastern Credit Unions & Affiliates (LSCU) will be held Wednesday, June 17, at 1 p.m. CT/2 p.m. ET, at the Birmingham office of the LSCU located at 22 Inverness Center Parkway.

In accordance with Article II, Section 8 of the LSCU Bylaws, “Each full dues paying member credit union shall be entitled to one (1) delegate whom shall be a member of and designated by such member credit union. Each member credit union shall be entitled to one (1) vote.” Voting by proxy is permitted. There is no cost to attend the Annual Meeting.

The LSCU is an Alabama corporation and, in keeping with Alabama corporate law, is required to host the Annual Meeting as a physical meeting. We must have a quorum represented in person to convene an official meeting and therefore ask that you complete and return the enclosed proxy whether your delegate plans to attend the meeting in person or not. If your delegate does plan to attend, please also complete the Delegate Registration form.
