“Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other.” – John F. Kennedy

The Southeast Leadership Development Conference, held this year at the Grand Marriott in Point Clear, AL, kicked off today with a beautiful morning of golf and some friendly competition supporting the Southeastern Credit Union Foundation. The afternoon lineup included Director’s Institute training led by LSCU’s Senior VP, Association Services & Governmental Affairs Jared Ross and concluded with a debut of select vendors offering cutting-edge products and solutions for today’s credit unions at the Exhibit Hall.

The rest of the week promises to be enriching with presentations from the NCUA, a Disney Institute creator, and experts on artificial intelligence for credit unions and emotional intelligence in leading others.  It’s not too late – get in the car and head to the Mobile Bay for a couple of days of leadership development, a beautiful venue, and relaxation!
