The League is dedicated to supporting small credit unions by offering a suite of tailored resources designed to address their unique situations. Through its Small Credit Union Program, The League provides personalized consulting services, ensuring each credit union receives at least two in-person visits annually from assigned consultants who serve as primary contacts for all needs for credit unions with assets of $150 million and under. Additionally, the program facilitates access to a $1,000 Small Credit Union Progress Fund, funded by the Southeastern Credit Union Foundation, which can be utilized for any League, LEVERAGE, or America’s Credit Unions product, event and/or service including Strategic Planning Sessions and FiCEP certification.
To further support growth and operational excellence, The League offers a Small Credit Union Virtual Solutions and Support Toolkit. This comprehensive toolkit includes free training videos on essential topics such as Bank Secrecy Act compliance, cybersecurity, fair lending, and more. It also provides an expanded resource library tailored specifically for small credit unions, offering operational guides and strategic planning templates. Additionally, affiliated credit unions receive a custom performance report quarterly, featuring a detailed financial analysis with peer comparisons and five-year financial trends to assist in performance assessment.
