Credit Union Awareness Expands to Alabama and Florida

Credit Union Awareness is extending its consumer reach into Alabama and Florida, and the League of Southeastern Credit Unions & Affiliates (LSCU & Affiliates) is excited for the continued growth in our three-state footprint. Last year, Credit Union Awareness launched in Georgia, becoming the 27th State to launch the program.

A new consumer website, YourMoneyFurther.com, is available now and features a new consumer credit union locator and matcher. The new website and matcher focus on direct consumer engagement and optimized conversion to the programs participating credit unions. These two new elements are joined by a completely new portfolio of digital marketing creative aimed at driving consumers directly and measurably to credit union participants.

The program continues to be extremely successful in increasing consumer consideration for credit unions, and by participating we can continue to drive newly engage consumers to a credit union. A great accomplishment for the Credit Union Awareness campaign was that in 2021 consumers made more than six million visits to YourMoneyFurther.com.

Credit Union Awareness recently announced they have exceeded consumer consideration goals. According to the second wave of research completed in November 2021, the program surpassed consumer consideration goals by eight points from the 2019 baseline. To date, the campaign has resulted in four billion impressions and more than 11 million visits to YourMoneyFurther.com.
