The Credit Union Development Education (DE) Program, the signature program of the National Credit Union Foundation, is a transformative and experiential training that promotes the education and application of credit union business principles and philosophy. The DE Program is designed to explore and create opportunities for credit unions to leverage their cooperative business structure. Since 1982, more than 1,900 credit union advocates from more than 35 countries have attended DE Training to earn their CUDE Certification.

DE Training will be held on the following dates:

April 3 -9, 2019
May 15-21, 2019
Sept. 11-17, 2019
Nov. 6-12, 2019

Cost to attend DE Training: $3,100.00

  • Pricing includes lodging and meals for the duration of the training.
  • Participants are responsible for travel expense.
  • Credit unions not affiliated with CUNA can still attend DE at a non-member rate of $3,875

All DE Trainings will be held in Madison, WI, at the Lowell Center, located on the University of Wisconsin campus. For more information, visit the Lowell Center website. Participants should plan to travel to and from Madison on the first and last days of training.
