Lizeth GeorgeRegistration is now open for the first Development Education (DE) class of 2023. The virtual program will run from January 31 – February 17 with training times scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. CT. Learning sessions will be held Tuesday through Thursday for the first two weeks and Tuesday through Friday for the final week.
The DE program, offered through the National Credit Union Foundation, offers transformative education, immersive events, and collaboration. The DE program builds awareness of the development issues that prevent people from achieving financial freedom, including how credit unions are uniquely positioned to address them. More than 2,000 people from over 35 countries have graduated from the U.S. DE program since launching in 1982.
